Click a yellow pole marker, then "Place camera node". Each node is a Streetline dual-lens head unit looking straight down at the curb. Its footprint is a strip: Length is the reach along the street (both lenses combined), Front is how far it sees out into the roadway from the pole, and Back is behind the pole (sidewalk side). Aim rotates the strip; type exact degrees in the box or use the slider. The short pink line on the map shows the front direction.

Pole data is the live LA Bureau of Street Lighting inventory (GeoHub layer, field POSTDESC). The corridor is dominated by CD953C standard electroliers (30 ft class roadway poles; approved builds include Ameron CD953C, Imperial IMP30, Pumco 5425-C, Valmont DS30-8) carrying LED roadway heads from the citywide conversion, typically 117W and 175W LED in this corridor. BSL approved LED cobraheads include Cree Guideway GWY-S-A and Amerlux Avista (Leotek GreenCobra GCJ1 is discontinued). See the light head BOM document for the full breakdown.

The 15 ft octagonal decorative poles (Coachman King, Teardrop Hat) along the USC frontage carry 25W LED acorns and are pedestrian scale; prefer the CD953C roadway poles for camera and comms mounts.

Each pole popup links to its NavigateLA record, a Google Maps pin, and Street View for remote survey.

Camera node: Streetline streetlight-head unit, dual 5 MP imagers (2560 x 1920 per lens) giving a combined 180 degree view along the curb, cellular backhaul. Same node family and mounting strategy as the Venice Beach parking lot deployment.
